Noubissi Marie, Ph.D. student

Noubissi Marie, a graduate of the Catholic University of Central Africa in 2021, I have a Bachelor's degree in Medical Analysis with a focus on the co-infection of viral Hepatitis (Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Hepatitis E) and Syphilis in HIV patients at the Regional Hospital of Bafoussam. Recently, I was chosen to participate in a laboratory project within the Immunology and Helminths Infections (IBH) department, led by Dr. NONO Justin. Over the next few months, Marie will be working towards the completion of her Master's degree, with a specific focus on "The effect of Intestinal Schistosomiasis on the plasma level of Prostate-Specific Antigen in school-aged children." This opportunity will enable me to gain valuable skills in the field of medical research, as i envision a future career in this area.
