I am a Master’s student in the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Yaoundé 1, biochemistry option biotechnology and development, I was selected to carry out a master’s II dissertation thesis at the laboratory of immunobiology and Helminth infection (IBHI) at IMPM MINRESI Cameroon by Dr Justin Komguep Nono. I am working on the infection susceptibility of school-aged children to Schistosoma mansoni infection by exploring immunological responses following praziquantel therapy as well as the associated cognitive impairment.
