Dr. Justin Nono, Head of IBHI-Lab, honored an invitation to partake as a speaker at Drug Discovery Africa, held from March 12–14, 2025, at the ISSER Conference Centre, University of Ghana, Accra. Organized by the Wellcome Centre for Anti-Infectives Research.
The conference spotlighted African-led efforts in drug discovery targeting endemic infectious diseases and brought together leading scientists, innovators, and stakeholders to foster collaboration, strengthen research networks, and advance knowledge-sharing across the continent. Dr. Nono’s participation highlights IBHI-Lab’s active role in shaping the future of translational research and therapeutic development in Africa.
